The Ukrainian Emerging Leaders Program is a 10-month academic training fellowship hosted at Stanford University’s Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law.

Please be advised that we have changed the application process from last year. This is now a two-step application process. All candidates are invited to apply through the pre-screen questionnaire, which will be open until Wednesday, January 17, 2018, 5pm PST.
