“Gələcəyə Körpü” Gənclər İctimai Birliyi 8 – 13 iyul 2016-cı il tarixlərində “Gəncə Avropa Gənclər Paytaxtı” çərçivəsində Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidentinin yanında Gənclər Fondunun maliyyə dəstəyi ilə Gəncə şəhərində“Qafqaz regionunda könüllülük sahəsində Avropa təcrübəsi” adlı beynəlxalq layihə həyata keçirəcək.
Beynəlxalq layihə Avropa Birliyi, Şərqi Avropa və Qafqaz ölkələrindən olan gəncləri bir araya gətirməklə ölkəmizdə könüllülük mövzusunda Avropa təcrübəsinin öyrənilməsi ilə gənclərin könüllülük işlərinə daha geniş miqyasda təşviq edilməsi və könüllülük prinsipinin təkcə gənclər işində deyil, eyni zamanda digər dövlət və qeyri dövlət strukturlarında tətbiqindən bəhs edəcək.
Layihənin məqsədi - Avropada “Könüllülük işi” sahəsində fəaliyyət göstərən gənclər təşkilatları və digər müəssilərin (KİV,dövlət qurumları və s.) könüllük sahəsində bu günə qədər əldə etdiyi təcrübənin Qafqaz regionunun gənclərinə aşılanması, əlavə olaraq "Gəncə 2016 Avropa Gənclər Paytaxtı" kompaniyası çərçivəsində könüllülük işinin beynəlxalq səviyyədə inkişaf etdirilməsi və kompaniyanın Avropalı gənclər arasında təbliğidir.
İcrasına başlanılan layihədə hazırda iştirakçıların seçimi həyata keçirilir. Təlimlərdə Azərbaycanla yanaşı Gürcüstan, Ukrayna, Moldova, İtaliya, Almaniya, İspaniya, Türkiyə, Latviya və Rumıniyanı təmsil edən gənclər də iştirak edəcəklər.]]>

“İRƏLİ” İctimai Birliyi “SAY: Multikulturalizm” layihəsinə start verir.
“İRƏLİ” İctimai Birliyi gənclərin maarifləndirilməsi sahəsində fəaliyyətini davam etdirərək Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidenti yanında QHT-larına Dövlət Dəstəyi Şurasının dəstəyi ilə "SAY: Support of Azerbaijan Youth” hərəkatı adı altında – “Multikulturalizm” layihəsinə start verir. SAY hərəkatının üçüncü fəaliyyəti çərçivəsində təşkil olunacaq düşərgədə gənclər açıq havada qurulacaq yaşayış çadırlarında qalaraq, bir sıra multikultural dəyərlərin təbliği ilə bağlı təlimlərdə, ictimai müzakirələrdə iştirak edərək öz bilik və bacarıqlarını inkişaf etdirəcəklər. Ümumilikdə 100-ə yaxın gəncin iştirakı nəzərdə tutulmuşdur. Gənclər seçimi zamanı paytaxtda yaşayan və ya təhsil alan gənclərə, regiondan olan gənclərə və xarici ölkə vətəndaşı olan amma Azərbaycanda yaşayan və ya təhsil alan gənclərə üstünlük veriləcəkdir.
Layihənin əsas məqsədi: Support of Azerbaijan Youth hərəkatı 2016-cı Multikulturalizm ili çərçivəsində Azərbaycanda multikultural dəyərlərin aşılanması, vətəndaş cəmiyyətinin düzgün istiqamətə yönləndirilməsi, gənclərdə humanizm, tolerantlıq prinsiplərinin formalaşdırılması ilə demokratik mühiti inkişaf etdirmək, dünya mədəniyyətinə inteqrasiyanı sürətləndirmək, inteqrasiya fonunda Azərbaycan mədəniyyətinin dünya miqyasında tanınmasına nail olmaqla milli- mənəvi dəyərlərimizin, tarixi nailiyyət və abidələrimizin mənfurlar tərəfindən öz adına çıxarmağın qarşısını almaqdan ibarətdir.

Festivalın keçirilməsində əsas məqsəd gənc nəsil arasında Yelkənli idmanı tanıtmaq və inkişaf etdirməkdir. Yelkən Festivalı çərçəvəsində qonaqları əyləncəli viktorinalar, maraqlı oyunlar, musiqili proqram və hədiyyə qazanmaq şansı gözləyir. Eyni zamanda 7-14 yaşlı uşaqlar üçün Yelkən İdmanı üzrə “Yay Məktəbinin“ növbəti dövrləri üçün qeydiyyat aparılacaq. Festivalın açılış günü Azərbaycan Yelkənli İdman Federasiyası haqqında lentə alınmış Sənədli Filmin təqdimat mərasimi Park Cinemada baş tutacaq.

The training course “The Role of Young People in Community Development” is a 6 days long project which will be organized by Ganja European Youth Capital 2016 PU and financed by Azerbaijan Youth Foundation. The project will be implemented in August in 2016 in the frame of Ganja European Youth Capital 2016 program. The aim of the project is to establish a network between the youth of Europe and Azerbaijan living in the rural areas of countries around Europe, discover their needs, discuss the difficulties they face and motivate them for active participation in society.
The project will gather 10 European and 5 local young people who will have 5 days to work on the project and discover the city Ganja. The training will be led by 1 local experienced trainer and one expert from the platform organization for European organizations working with youth from rural areas “Rural Youth Europe”. Besides working in an international team with participants from different countries and towns participants will also have a chance to learn the rich culture of Azerbaijan.
The objectives of the project are:
To help in building cooperation between the youth from rural areas of Azerbaijan and Europe; To discover the needs and expectations of rural youth, discuss the difficulties they face, discover the common problems and find solutions; To encourage young people to actively participate in the social and public life of their community on local and international level, discuss how they can contribute to creation of opportunities for the youth of their comunities; To create a chance for cooperation and implementation of common projects for young people from rural areas; To introduce the youth from Europe to the opportunities created for the youth of Ganja.
Costs: All expenses (travel, accommodation, transportation in the city, visa, meals) will be provided by Ganja EYC2016.
Eligibility:
Young people between 18-30 years old from different European countries living in rural areas. Beginners and experienced youth workers are all encouraged to apply.
Participants’ tasks: To attend all sessions, participate in team works, activities, discussions and debates.
Date and venue: 9-15 August 2016, Ganja city, Azerbaijan.

Introduction
Recently, Azerbaijan along with being recognized as one of the main centers of multiculturalism, tolerance & intercultural dialogue in the world & region, has a successful Youth Policy Model with a clear mission, strategy & objectives & effective action & real results in every sphere. Azerbaijan is considered to be one of the reliable partners in international youth activity & integration, a country with strong tradition, experience & potential in the field of youth policy, active participation of young people by international & regional youth platforms.
As a result of this, the ancient Ganja city of Azerbaijan with historical and cultural values (the second largest city in the country) for the first time was awarded with the title of “European Youth Capital 2016” due to intense & determined struggle as the city of a country which is not the member to European Union (www.ganja2016.eu). Ganja city’s being awarded with the title of “European Youth Capital 2016” will include hundreds of international, regional & national meetings, events, projects, programs & actions related to young people during the current year in the city. These activities will be implemented by the Government of Azerbaijan, Ganja city Executive Authority, European Youth Forum, European Youth Foundation, international & national youth organization throughout 2016.
Regarding this, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev signed an order on the measures related to Ganja city’s being selected as “European Youth Capital 2016” on 24.02.2016 and a General Action Plan “Ganja European Youth Capital - 2016” by Ganja city Executive Authority & a specific Action Plan in this field was adopted by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Republic.
On May 03 – 05 of this year, grand opening ceremony of “Ganja European Youth Capital - 2016” was held with the participation of the Government of Azerbaijan, Ganja city Executive Authority, the European Youth Forum, other international & national organizations which was celebrated as the most important & memorable event in the history of European Youth Capitals.
International Youth Forum held in Ganja by Azerbaijan Democratic Student & Youth Organization (ADSAYO) with the financial support of Youth Foundation under the President of Azerbaijan Republic & with the support & partnership of the Ministry of Youth & Sport of Azerbaijan Republic, Ganja city Executive Authority, Ganja Youth & Sport General Directorate & “Ganja - European Youth Capital 2016” Public Union is the opportunities for discussing & sharing international convention & experience on youth activity, the selection of this city with great youth potential as “European Youth Capital – 2016” & strengthening youth policy with active participation of local young people.
Project description The project International Youth Forum “Active Participation in Youth Policy” by ADSAYO involves various important events & activities for 5 days on July 04 – 09, 2016 with the participation of young people from European countries in Azerbaijan, Ganja city – “European Youth Capital 2016”.
The first activity includes holding meetings with governmental & non-governmental structures of foreign young leaders & heads of youth organizations (Ganja city Executive Authority, Ganja Youth & Sports General Directorate, “Ganja - European Youth Capital 2016” PU & other active youth organizations operating in the city), familiarity with the park – campus “Ganja - European Youth Capital 2016” & info–tour about Youth Policy Model of Azerbaijan with the successful, sustainable, practical application possibilities in youth arena of other countries. At the same time, opportunities will be created for foreign young leaders to become closely acquainted with historical & cultural places of Ganja, including “Goy – Gol” National Park.
As a next activity, it is planned to hold International Youth Forum “Active Participation in Youth Policy” under the slogan “Strong Youth – Strong Future!” & panel discussions (the names of panel topics are mentioned below) & presentations in accordance with the program with the participation of foreign & local youth leaders, international organizations, diplomatic corps, representatives of government agencies, MPs, representatives of media & NGOs in Ganja city which has been selected as “European Youth Capital 2016” (Ganja Youth House). These activities will cover July 05 – 08, 2016. On July 08, study visit of the participants of International Youth Forum to “Youth Capital – Azerbaijan 2016” Shamkir city will be organized during which meetings & discussions will be held with local young activities & they will get acquainted with Shamkir city & its infrastructure & opportunities in the field of youth.
The advantages of participation in the International Youth Forum
The organization of International Youth Forum in Azerbaijan, Ganja city – “European Youth Capital 2016” with a successful Youth Policy Model is the implementation of purposeful and sustainable activities promoting active participation of young people, the country's youth policy, work with young people and this experience being an example for other countries. International Youth Forum & panel discussions will be developed as an open process based on the experience, exchange & practical opportunities. The participants & their activities in the panels are seen both as information & awareness means & specific initiatives for dialogue & cooperation in order to increase discussion of international themes & conventions & partnership opportunities on youth policy of young leaders, active youth participation, international youth activity, volunteerism, leadership, employment, informal teaching methods in Youth Policy.
Ganja Declaration containing in the increase in the active participation of youth & expansion of international youth cooperation will be adopted on behalf of participants at the end of the International Forum.
The aim and purpose of the project
* Support for information & experience exchange & cooperation opportunities in the field of active participation in youth policy, informal teaching, volunteerism, leadership, employment, new social approaches between foreign and national youth; * Increasing the support for international youth & lobbying in the promotion of Azerbaijani Youth Policy Model for foreign youth organizations & its transfer as a successful Platform within the Campaign “Ganja – European Youth Capital 2016”.

Location (city, country) Familiarity, meetings, International Youth Forum, panel discussions, presentations & assessment in accordance with the project will be held in Ganja city – “European Youth Capital 2016” and a study visit will be organized in Shamkir city (“Youth Capital – Azerbaijan 2016”).
Working language of the project English.Translation for other languages (Russian and Azerbaijani) will be provided.
Countries participating in the project The heads (authorized persons) of youth organizations & young leaders in European countries can participate in this project and International Youth Forum.
Requirements and criteria for participants Responsible & authorized persons at youth organizations or young leaders in their countries aged 18 – 30 years can apply. While considering the applications, those who have information about a successful & sustainable Model in the field of youth policy & youth activity in Azerbaijan, experience in youth policy, active participation concept, participation in international & regional youth platforms will be preferred.
Costs to be covered
100% food & accommodation costs of the participants will be borne by organizers during events and International Youth Forum (July 04 – 09, 2016) in Ganja city (including Shamkir city). 70% of round-trip air tickets will be paid by the organizer. And 30% of air tickets will be paid by the
participant. Air tickets will be bought by organizers & sent to each participant in an electronic form for the prevention of additional financial difficulties of the participants & at the same time, for their convenience. The participant should pay 30% of ticket cot upon arrival in Ganja. Visa obtaining procedure will be in a convenient & simplified manner for participants (for those required). So, each participant will be able to apply to the Embassy of Azerbaijan & easily obtain a visa. For this purpose, an official invitation letter will be sent to each selected participant & the Embassy of Azerbaijan by organizer. The citizens who don’t have the Embassy of Azerbaijan in their countries will get their visas in a convenient way for short time at Ganja International Airport. For this, official permits of State Migration Service will be sent to those persons for entering into the borders of Azerbaijan. These are provided for the convenience of participants. Visa cost will be paid by each participant and that amount will not be paid back by the organizer. He or she is a cheerful, dynamic person, living a healthy lifestyle, proficient in foreign languages, and with a wide range of professional skills. He or she is a person who is willing to work hard and communicate with others. Not so long ago the volunteer culture was not developed in Russia. But in the past few years, thanks to a series of major international events, Russia has grown aware of what volunteers do and why their work is important. Russia is now gearing up to host its first-ever football World Cup, which is impossible to organize without the help of volunteers.
There will be around 5000 volunteers at the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017, and up to 15,000 at the World Cup.
To take part in the World Cup as a volunteer means to be part of a global highlight, to get a chance to represent Russia and tell the world about it. Whether our World Cup is a success, to a great extent, depends on the volunteers.
Registration for volunteer applicants opened June 1, 2016. More information is available at fifa.com. All applicants will be asked to complete the online application form, posted on the same website. Please note that you will not increase your chances to become a volunteer by submitting several applications at once, as redundant copies will be automatically removed by the system.
Eligibility:
Everyone is eligible to apply as long as they satisfy the following minimum requirements:
-Be 18 years or older on the 10th of May 2017 for the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and/or on the 10th of May 2018 for the 2018 FIFA World Cup; -Agree to the terms and conditions of participation; -Undertake and successfully complete a security check; -Be available to work up to eight hours each day. The Youth Department of the Council of Europe invites you to apply and disseminate the information about the 3rd Compass Forum on Human Rights Education that will take place in the European Youth Centre Budapest, 5-7 October 2016.
The forum aims at strengthening the quality, recognition and outreach of human rights education with young people.
The Forum will take place during the Estonian Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (May-November 2016) and will contribute to promote the fundamental values of the Council of Europe and to the protection and promotion of the human rights of children and young people, which are also main priorities of the Chairmanship.
The Forum will gather 120 participants, including 80 experts and partners involved in human rights education with young people, representatives of the Statutory bodies of the youth sector of the Council of Europe, and members of the EDC/HRE coordinators network of the Education Department of the Council of Europe.
